I like to think I’m a pretty smart guy. A guy who knows a thing or two about dating. I also like to think hey, I’m doing pretty okay financially, at least enough to date and live comfortable. But every once in a while, whether because of a specific event, a series of bad dates, or just being worn down by how draining dating can be, a little voice in my head asks me a question that fuels all my doubt: Are you sure?
Are you sure you’re good at dating? How can you even tell if you’re good at dating if you’re single? How can you know for sure that you’re even worth going on a date with?
I’m guessing I’m not alone in feeling like this. Rather than feeling occasionally bouts of doubt by myself, I decided to record a podcast about it. We get into my dating doubts, Delaney’s own doubts as a husband, what I do specifically to address my doubts, and some strategies that you can use to avoid getting stuck in the swamp that is Self-Doubt.
Good Luck Out There.
