Everyone makes excuses in dating, and yet, we all make them. Whether it’s excusing our own bad behavior, the behavior of the people we date, or even our friends. If you ask someone why they’re single, or why they can’t meet anyone, chances are good that they already have an excuse thought it. And, you know, we at the Tao of Indifference were wondering, why is that? Why are we so ready to excuse these behaviors, when we all do them or are aware of them, and what would motivate so many of us to avoid responsibility in dating? We dive into that, whether or not it’s better to consider yourself a good person, or a person who does good, Bill Cosby, R. Kelly, and the excuses we make for creators of pop culture, and a whole lot more.
